For nearly 25 years, Studio Sound Electronics was a primary source of VCR parts and belts for the electronics do-it-yourselfers and electronics repair shops.

Unfortunately, times change and manufacturers have stopped producing VCR parts.   In addition, most belt manufacturers have discontinued belt production.   In order to manufacture these items profitably, a large quantity of units must be produced at the same time.    There just isn't sufficient demand any longer to justify manufacturing thousands of VCR gears or idlers, or tens of thousands of rubber belts.

As such, we have been forced to discontinue supplying all parts for VCRs, turntables, cassette decks, 8-tracks, CD players, etc.    This includes all belts as well as mechanical and electronic parts for these devices.
